You know about my addiction to thrift stores.....
Here's a few things I found this week:
The 2 vintage (I think) ornaments will go on this years tree.
The stocking hanger is quite heavy and cute!
The socks I will use for a project, the cake picks my grandson will put in a cake or cupcakes, whatever we make.
These 2 plates fit nicely on my snowman plate holder, the one on the left was .25.
This is my first attempt at the $ store candy jar. It's a little round jar I got at the $ store, with a cut off sock for the hat. If you put white candy coated pretzels inside you can make it look like a snowman. I forgot to buy some so I used what I could find here and stuck a snowman cake pick inside. I see the hat looks a bit scruffy.....maybe it'll be better next time.
Santa (?) ornaments for another tree.
OK, it's not Christmassy, but I found these stained glass pieces today.
I picked up this large Santa mug earlier this year. I love Santas.
China hutch decorations complete!
I owe, I owe, so it's off to work I go! Thanks for stopping by!
Looks very nice!
ReplyDeleteLove your china hutch! The Christmas book banner is so cute. I made a regular book jacket banner for my classroom but I might just have to make a Christmas one for home...:) I have a ton of Christmas books! Thanks for sharing all your new treasures.....Vicky
