p. 56 "The confusion, the shock, the denial, the crushing weight of the emotion that came with the realization of the terrible truth."
I just finished reading THE ALIBI MAN by Tami Hoag for book club. I have not read any of her previous books and I will probably read more. As usual we met at a restaurant and had good company, lots of conversation, and even mentioned the book. A couple of gals thought it was a little too gory in parts, I just skim over any parts that don't trip my trigger. Who killed the young, beautiful, ambitious, social climbing young woman? It's not whom you might think. The rich horse ranch owners and players all have alibis. I love mysteries, can you tell?
I haven't read any Tami Hoag in a really long time, but this one looks good.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing...and for visiting my blog.
I wonder what the truth was.
ReplyDeleteI have yet to read her books but the suspenseful nature really appeals to me.
I love a good mystery!
