This card is made with Stampin' up designer papers. The patterned paper on the front is just one piece, strategically cut, and the top turned over.
The flower/bow was made with a 2-1/2" piece of ribbon, gathered, with a pearl in the center. The middle piece with the scalloped border opens up. Now can you see how one piece of patterned paper was used?
It looks much better in person.
