It's Getting Close - Day 3

It's beginning to look like "I'm leavin' on a jet plane".....or maybe just a bus. I need a check list:

• pedicure X


• hair low lights X


• jewelry X


• camera batteries charged X


• camera/Nook/phone chargers X


• journal X


• pillow for the bus ride??? mine's kinda big

The next 2 days I am working, so today I want to have my bag ready to go except for the last minute cosmetics/personal care items that get thrown in on Thursday morning. At least I don't have to weigh my suitcase....I don't think it would be a problem because we only have 3 days of sightseeing (IE. dress nice), the rest is bus time. I have a Red Hat meeting on Tuesday night and have to bake a pie to bring along. I have 2 in mind...........I'll clue you in on what I make later (especially if it turns out good). Today I have to get my prescription refilled......a task I dislike because they make me wait. It shouldn't be a problem except for the fact that I call it in ahead of time so it will be ready...but I always have to wait. I don't like waiting. There are numerous other errands to run also, it's my usual Monday MO.
