Eavesdropping

No, I wasn't really eavesdropping on my hubby. He was talking loudly enough to a golfing buddy on the phone so that I could hear him. His reply to the other guys wanting to golf at a later time "I want to go early so I can get home before noon, I have other obligations. No, it's not Linda's problem, it's mine." This was in regards to our granddaughter who is spending the weekend here. She's cute, polite, easy going, friendly, but a human tornado. The girl never stops. She sure makes us laugh :-). I was really impressed to hear hubby say it is his obligation to watch her too. He is NOT an emotionally expressive person.

Hope everyone is having a fun and safe weekend. Photos to come ;-)

  1. We don't always think that men care about things such as grandchildren, but they do, don't they?

  5. Yeah, it sounded good. But he did not come home early to help me. The day before he got home about 11:30 from golf, monday it was 1:20. I was not a happy camper.........M can not be left alone outside at all and that is where she wanted to be. Sometimes men tell ya what they think ya wanna hear. :-(
