Midnight In The Garden Of Good and Evil

I picked up this book right after Christmas and finally got to reading it, and I am glad I did.
It seems like fiction, but is not.
A journalist spends more and more time in Savannah and as he grows to love this old city he writes about the history and a murder (was it a murder or self defense?) that occurred in 1981, when the author was living there. The characters are just that, characters.
There's love, sex, voodoo, history, murder, deceit, and anything else you might desire in this story.
I am going to recommend it to my book club.

What else have I been up to?
Struggling with the roller coaster ride of cancer's ups and downs. I really hate being dependent upon others to drive me places.

I did receive calls/messages from the kids for Mother's day. I had a really long talk with my son...........it is just amazing.

"wishin' and hopin'Image result for music notes clipart and wishin' and hopin'" for warmer days...in which to sit outside and to plant flowers in.

I have a busy week ahead, I'll try to keep you posted.
Hope you're having a great week!!!

  6. Sounds like a book I read from John Grisham called Sycamore Row. Sounds like it has it all.
