Smiling Faces

Yes, these faces make me smile and cry. The last couple of days I have been up and down with emotions. I cried this morning when I heard that some athlete was taking time off to be with his wife who was diagnosed with breast cancer. There are a lot of awful diseases, but this is the one I can relate to.
Notice, I photo bombed!!!!
Seven of our 9 grands were over on Sunday. At first only my step daughter and her daughter were coming to visit. Then my daughter and her family wanted to come over. The next thing I knew Jessica won the 'battle of the boys' and mom agreed to let them come over.....so here we are with 7 out of 9. The sun came out in the afternoon and we were able to send the kids across the street to play at the school playground. I think they stayed for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. They had fun and we had some quiet time to visit.
Claire braids Mackenzie's hair.....Mackenzie is an only child and doesn't know how. They are both 7. almost 8.

Jalen is showing his gifted and talented presentation. All of our grands are smart, he just happened to get into a special program. WCATY
The legos are always popular.
At 16 Cole is still not too big to sit on mom's lap. So glad mom let's him. Later this month he'll take his driver's test.

I love these kids, each one is special!
